1. About Raseed
Raseed is a donation and receipt management platform operated by Masjid Al Ahad. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.
2. User Accounts
- Member accounts are created by Masjid administrators and require approval before access.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Accounts may be deactivated by administrators for misuse or inactivity.
3. Donations & Receipts
- All donations are recorded with a unique, tamper-evident receipt number.
- Receipts cannot be deleted — incorrect receipts are voided with a reason and a new receipt is issued.
- Receipt verification is available publicly via QR code or verification link.
4. Data & Privacy
Your use of Raseed is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
5. Limitations
- Raseed is provided "as is" for the benefit of Masjid Al Ahad and its community.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
- Raseed does not process online payments — it records donations made through external channels.
